ORIGIN STORY
Nehmo started the way most real things do: not with a plan, but with a turning point. After years working in the restaurant industry and building businesses of their own, Ran and her partner found themselves at a crossroads: do something safe, or do something that's actually theirs. The ghost kitchen model made it feel possible. The rest came from what they already knew how to do: prep and cook with care, stay consistent, and not cut corners.
We're a delivery- and pickup-only kitchen out of Orange County. No dining room, no fanfare. Just bento boxes and sushi made the way we'd want to eat them: clean ingredients, balanced flavors, the kind of meal that doesn't make you think twice about ordering again. Every detail in the box is intentional. That's not a marketing line. It's just how we work.
