We noticed our city had plenty of sushi, but nowhere serving GIANT salmon nigiri. So we decided to change that.
Our mission is simple: quality ingredients, generous portions, and honest prices. No unnecessary ingredients. No gimmicks. Just fresh sushi made to order, with quality that speaks for itself.
We believe great sushi should be satisfying, memorable, and accessible. That’s why every piece is crafted with care, letting the fish (not the extras) do the talking.
